  1. Thank you very much, I was just thinking with my wife on how we can increase our vitamin C intake to increase the immune system of both us and that of our children. We have stopped taking the usual vitamin c tablets, we concentrated on fruits, but we are still feeling we don’t have enough.

But reading this post I understand why they keep that kind of food in their food menu. They may have some effect on middle ear infections, but I would not recommend using anything but a prescribed medicine for a child. I add nasturtiums to salads on a regular basis.     I find more fascinating the elderberry and calendula bloom because the gut cleansing and bowel healing properties they possess is so effective and goes a long way in restoring strength and vitality.

    Omigosh I loved your review of edible flower arrangements! I watched the video with some beautiful cakes, I’m going to give the mango and Oreo cookies one a go as it looked delicious and I love mango. I am a terrible gardener but I’m going to try growing some of the flowers you mention. I have some roses already and rose pouchong tea is my favourite tea that I drink every day so it would be cool to try to make my own.
